The shading is very good, but the proportions are a little off.

Well, it's a good copy of a pre-existing picture. The shading is very well done, but yeah, the proportions are a little off - his left arm (viewer's right) is a little too short, and his right arm is pretty thin (although I realise the character is built that way, it's still a little too thin).

Because this is a copy of a picture, I'd really like to see you add some element of your own to it - namely, a background. ;) (Wink) I think putting him in some sort of setting would really help this piece out a lot.

His left shoulder is sticking a little to far out from his body, and his upper torso on the left sticks out too far with it... its fine other than that... very very nicely drawn... Its just something about how his left shoulder/upper torso is offset that throws his proportions off. *trying to be helpful*
